Refund Policy

At Robson Nails & Spa, client satisfaction is very important to us. We do our best to deliver high-quality nail and spa services, and we stand by the work of our professional team. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service corrections may be offered.

1. Service Satisfaction
  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We may offer a complimentary correction or adjustment, depending on the issue.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 
2. Refunds for Services
  • Refunds are generally not issued for services that have been completed, especially if no issues were reported during or immediately after the appointment.

  • If a service does not meet reasonable expectations and was reported promptly, we may offer:

    • A redo of the service

    • A partial refund

    • A credit toward future visits

3. Product Refunds
  • Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety standards.

 

4. Gift Cards & Promotions
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

 

5. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
  • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a fee.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
