2. Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend booking appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices for services are listed on our website and in-store. They are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Tips for our technicians are appreciated but not required.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment.
For hygiene and safety, we use sterilized tools and follow strict sanitation procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a health risk to staff or other clients.
