About the Role
Robson Nails & Spa is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is key to creating a positive customer experience and supporting daily salon operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and confident with POS systems, Excel, and general salon support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage appointments and schedules using salon software and Excel
- Handle all payment transactions through the POS system (cash, card, tips)
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with service questions
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized at all times
- Support inventory checks and retail product displays
- Communicate clearly with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly
- Willingness to assist with store cleaning, organizing, and general support tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and basic Excel (data entry, schedules, inventory)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
Friendly and clear communicator
Willingness to assist with store cleaning, organizing and general support tasks
Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are an asset for client/staff communication
Familiarity with Vietnamese-style equipment and supplies (e.g., specific drill bits, shaping techniques, and gel systems)
