About the Role
Robson Nails & Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-focused, and technically skilled in nail care. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front desk staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and track expenses
- Handle appointment scheduling, reporting, and payroll support
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Support marketing promotions and maintain excellent client retention
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Lead by example with professionalism, punctuality, and technical excellence
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in salon, spa, or retail management
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
High-level skills in gel application, artificial nails, and advanced nail care techniques
Familiarity with Excel and salon software (e.g., Fresha, Square, or similar)
Able to manage appointments, inventory, payroll, and cash handling
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to train, mentor, and support nail technicians
Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are an asset for client/staff communication
Experience in Vietnamese nail techniques, including sculpting, shaping, decoration, and precision tools
Familiarity with Vietnamese-style equipment and supplies (e.g., specific drill bits, shaping techniques, and gel systems)
